The Lydian Orchestra Tour 2026 | ALbania, 17th–24th July

Rehearsals: Monday 13th–Wednesday 15th July 2026 (venue TBC)

UK Concert: Sunday 26th July

We’re excited to announce that Lydian is planning a tour to Albania to coincide with our 50th Anniversary this year. This will be Lydian’s first tour since our visit to the Peak District in 2022, and our first international tour since 2019.

The orchestra will be conducted by internationally-renowned Canadian conductor Bujar Llapaj, alongside our longstanding Musical Director Brynly Clarke.

Over nine days on tour, we will visit three locations in Albania: Tirana, the country’s capital; Gjirokaster, a scenic mountain city; and a third location (TBA) along the country’s beautiful Adriatic coastline.

Prices

Total cost TBC; between £645–745.

  • This is inclusive of all transport (including flights), accommodation, two meals a day and activities throughout the tour.

  • We are asking that players pay a non-refundable deposit of £195pp at the point of sign-up. (Deposit fully-refundable in the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled for reasons beyond our control.)

  • Thereafter, we will take payments for the remainder in three instalments spread throughout the year; each instalment will amount to around £170.

We will contact players with details of the total cost once all of the details have been finalised.
